Great Car Service Marlon drove us from Antigua to Lake Atitlan and back. He was extremely kind. He took us to a great local restaurant. Pointed out many things along the way and taught us about them. Very professional. Van was very clean. Would definitely recommend this car service.

Best way to travel in Guatemala This was our first time traveling to Guatemala, and we were not sure the best way to get around to all of the locations we had planned. After some research we decided private transportation was the way to go & let me tell you that was the best decision we could have made!! If you are thinking about booking private transportation this is your sign to do so! Gt Business & Travel exceeded all expectations that we had. We experienced several flight delays & missed connections on our way in and were not able to make our original 11 am pick up time for the transportation service. I was so worried since we were supposed to be picked up in less than 14 hours that we would be stranded trying to figure out a ride. But i was so pleasantly surprised that was not the case! Our wonderful driver Marlon waited on us for 4 hours and picked us up from the airport. He had a make shift sign with my name & a huge smile, and just like that all of our travel woes disappeared and we knew we made the right decision. Our driver Marlon was an angel. After waiting on us for 4 hours to arrive, he then drove us 4 hours to the lake. We enjoyed our conversation with him. He told us about the towns & sights we were passing & we even stopped for lunch! He helped us with the menu because we are not fluent in spanish & he drove the whole way with a smile. I could not recommend this company more! So stop what you are doing and book now!

Outstanding service Me and me niece went to Antigua Guatemala in March 2020 and we had a fabuluos experience with GT Business & Travel team. They made us feeling like we were at home. When we arrived at the airport , my niece had an inconvenience with immigration and the driver (Sorry, I don't remmber his name) made everything he coult to help us out. Also, our guides tours (Moises and Carlos) made our journeys very enjoyable. The driver to Lake Atitlan, was very kind as well. I want to mention the excellent customer service the hotel staff. A first class experience! This tour day was enjoyable from start to finish! Our guide, Eduardo, was waiting at the port with our name on a sign, so he was easy to find. Second, the vehicle was clean and comfortable with blasting AC. Third, our driver, Marlon, always made us feel safe and secure, despite difficult roads and a motorcyclist with a death wish. Lastly, Eduardo was a really good guide. He took us to all the top sites and helped us see the details that explain so much about the Mayan culture and local history. He also introduced us to an excellent local restaurant and recommended a delicious local dish (pepian). For less than the price of a ship’s tour, we had an in depth tour tailored to our interests. We were well cared for throughout the tour. I highly recommend GT business & travel, and Eduardo (guide) and Marlon (driver). A first class team.
