A minimum of 2 adult participants are needed to book a Coffee Tour. Tours can still be conducted for individuals unable to join a group for an additional fee. If you are a solo traveler you can reach us out for more information.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the time of the Coffee Tour will still be charged. To schedule a tour with a producer, he/she forgoes a day of work in their fields to be able to welcome and host visitors, so last-minute cancellations mean a lost day of work and income.
