We spent around 7 weeks in Antigua. After we discovered this place, we made a point to go there once a week! We loved it SO much. Oscar, the owner operator, is a gem. There are only 3 tables. After you order, you can hear him in the kitchen personally creating your order. The ambience is cozy and the food is well-priced delicious! If we go back to Antigua again, we will repeat our once a week tradition of dining there.

My friends went to this place in March, and this time in December they returned with a group of us to eat here. We were taking chicken busses from Guatemala City to Panajachel, we weren’t even staying in Antigua, but we made a special stop to eat here! It’s an intimate restaurant with only 3 tables, we sat next to someone who had returned to the restaurant 5 times and made a new friend while conversing. The drinks are the best aqua frescas I’ve had in Guatemala, the food is some of the best I’ve had in the world. The plates were actually licked clean haha. A great admiration and deep appreciation for what Oscar has done with the place, phenomenal culinary skills and a precious soul to be able to foster such a homely atmosphere.

More then 5*. We were looking for carbo loading before Acatenango and food this amazing place. Oscar is such a great owner, you can feel that he loves his little cute place. The food was amazing. The place is super cute with just 4 tables. A must go if you’re in Antiqua. He even gives you a little desert after dinner. It was so good that we came a second time after the hike.

José is amazing, tried his pasta and it was delicious, he was super nice and even brought us home made ice cream after our meal. He cooks everything after ordering.
