Nice tiny artsy cafe serving European and Latin dishes. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious pastas and cheap prices!! Check out the owners jade art collection on display at the bar. One of Antigua’s hidden gems. 5 star experience.

Tiny space( only 3 tables, so max maybe 10 personas) with the owner/chef/waiter Oscar doing everything! Fabulous Italian food, terrific sangria and great prices. Best to check hours and availability because this is a gem! We had dinner once and came back a few days later for lunch. Especially liked the carbonara and the wonderful salad, but everything was done to perfection!

The best hidden gem you can find in Antigua! The food is absolutely incredible, the space is small (3 tables) but so cozy and the service was unbelievable! If you’re feeling pasta I would highly recommend!

Wonderful food. Small space and welcoming!
Carbonara and shrimp Alfredo was excellent. Delicious garlic bread served. Mixed fruit smoothie and sangria was plenty and then he brought out sorbet.

Our second visit to Picasso Cafe did not disappoint. Oscar is a wonderful chef. Everything is made to order: fresh and delicious. This tiny cafe (only 3 tables), is not to be missed. Refreshing drinks, perfectly cooked pasta. And the best ensalata in Antigua. Thoughtful touches; cloth napkins, refreshing fruit ice to finish … and free, feminine hygiene products in the bano.! Oscar is a gem.
