As someone who always checks reviews before choosing somewhere to eat, I was forbidden from doing that the evening we came here - this was a “this looks nice, there are people inside and there seems to be some atmosphere). While looking at the menu first we were approached by the owner who offered help (without pressure) and within seconds we were won over.
We had several mains we were struggling to choose between and took the owners’ recommendations, both in terms of meal choice and how to eat them, and both loved our meals. The food presentation was a work of art. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and M especially appreciated the Korean ice creams on offer - he opted for a vanilla ice cream with a layer of red bean curd, covered with a wafer, in the shape of a fish 🤷♀️!
The 5 star reviews are unsurprising and 100% deserved.
