The Indian accent in Antigua provides a much needed taste of home after several days of traveling.

Chef Sumit & his lovely partner Maria run a much loved Indian restaurant in Antigua Guatemala.

Because of the lack of frozen or market to buy Indian food and spices, what you get is authentically home made.

Would recommend visiting and restoring balance to your taste buds. The Samosa and the Pakora plates are an absolute must. My daughter nudges me and insists that the Baingan Bharta is to die for. And the pistachio kulfi finished our experience with a bang!
