This place is doing something different. Their menu is very thought out, fresh, balanced, vegetable forward, and delicious. I spoke with the owners after dinner, and said that they change the menu every 4 months to take advantage of seasonal produce. I had the vegan seitan ribs in hibiscus and chamomile flowers sauce with watermelon and hibiscus infusion and roasted broccoli. The sauce was so unique. Not too sweet, and very floral. I've never had anything like it. I also loved the textures of the dish with the watermelon, crunchy bits, chewy seitan, and silky sauce.
They have been around for 7 years in Antigua which speaks to the quality! Paid $122q before 10% service charge and I thought is was very worth it. It's basically fine dining without the pretensiousness and small portions. Impeccable service too and beautiful volcano views.
