I had a delicious experience at Héctor Bistro. I tried a spectacular starter, presented in a very creative way: small portions mounted with fresh ingredients toasted almonds and a touch of balsamic reduction, all on a crispy base. Each bite was an explosion of perfectly balanced textures and flavors.

As a main course, I ordered a juicy meat sandwich served with golden and crispy fries, accompanied by a delicious sauce. Everything was impeccably prepared, and the meat at its ideal point, soft and tasty. To accompany, a natural orange juice that perfectly complemented the food.

The atmosphere of the place is warm and cozy, ideal to relax and enjoy. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat. I recommend Héctor Bistro with his eyes closed!

My wife and another couple had dinner here. Our friends are locals and recommended this place. I had the tenderloin and loved it. My hometown is in beef country so I feel like I understand beef. The atmosphere is up beat and can be a touch loud, we were able to sit in the back in a more quieter area. My only negative feed back was that I ordered my steak rare and it came out on the medium rare end. Other than that it was properly seasoned and tasted excellent. The ladies had the pizza that was gluten free and they loved it. I had a bite of their pizza and it was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Toda la experiencia fue 10/10. En muy pocos lugares se consigue este nivel de calidad tanto en la comida como en el servicio.
Pero la comida está a otro nivel. Delicioso, presentado hermosamente, cocinado al punto. Simplemente increíble.
Quisiera poder ir todos los días!
