“We loved the hotel, it has a large and warm pool that helps us enjoy it due to the change in climate in the area. 2 jacuzzis that start the hydromassage automatically every 10 minutes. We enjoyed using kayaks and pedal boats on the lake with life jackets. The beach is private so you are free to dive in and enjoy the pier and landscape. We moved away on level 11 which gave us full view of the lake and volcanoes. We tried delicious melted cheese in the hotel’s restaurant. It is 10 minutes from Santander Street and there is a tuk-tuk service for Q10. The use of parking is free for guests. It is next to the Atitlán nature reserve, which is incredible. They provide you with pool towels and you can order home delivery from other restaurants to enjoy in your room. They are removed from the center of Panajachel, so you hear sounds of birds, rivers and the lake. They do not have a day pass. Totally a 100% recommended experience!!” -Kathy Orantes
