This place is very comfortable. There is a security gate to all the rooms that opens with your room key, which is nice for people worried about safety. But Antigua is very safe anyways. Breakfast buffet is great.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel in Antigua! From the moment we checked in, the hotel lobby attendants greeted us with fresh pressed juices. Our room was comfortable and private, allowing us to get a full nights rest every night in between our daytime adventures. I especially loved the "no music" rule, lending itself to a calm and peaceful environment throughout the premises. The gym is good sized and the spa looked heavenly! The included breakfast buffet was a highlight with a variety of local and international cuisines. We loved dipping in the hot tub every night, which is more like a very warm small pool (my favorite). Only downside is they do kick you out at exactly 9pm because it is in a courtyard adjacent with other guest rooms. Regardless, we will definitely be returning to Camino Real Antigua soon!

What a beautiful hotel, the service is amazing definitely five star ⭐️ we have a two year old, they give us a great room and the three of us had such an amazing experience, we can’t stop talking about it. The food is delicious, the hotel is super comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect. I forgot to mention the view is the best in Antigua Guatemala. Love everything about it, we can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed a week at this hotel and my overall experience was positive. The property is very well-kept and they deserve the 5 star status as they go beyond other hotels by providing excellent service. The location is also great as it's close to everything in Antigua.
