The rooms are big and spacious enough for 3 adults to share. It is clean and straight to the point. The bathroom is a bit small but that did not bother us much. The location is good and every one of the major sites are within 15 minutes walk. The staff are lovely and beds comfortable

I had the most awesome time in antigua. The hotel was close to everything the staff was amazing thank you Cecilia!! They helped me with transportation and took care of my luggage, so I could venture out before I left. The breakfast was super good the coffee even better. The bed was bad on the back, but it met the needs, I HAD A BLAST

Excelente lugar. Me sentí como en casa. Son muy amables. No tiene restaurante como tal, pero la ubicación permite ir a recorrer los lugares en Antigua con mucha facilidad.

I’m very please with my experience. All the ladies, again, all the ladies bended backwards for us while we stayed there. Vilma, Cecy and most definitely Angelica. Now let’s talk about Juan. We were the only 2 guest there waiting for breakfast and he completely ignored us and after 15 minutes of waiting we left with no acknowledgement from him towards us. He has no business there
Juan es una pésima persona al servicio al cliente. Nos ignoró por completo para tomar el desayuno. Éramos las 2 únicas personas en el comedor y ni los buenos días nos dio. Esperamos 15 min después de recibir las cartas del menú. Ni una disculpa ni nada por su pésima actitud. Las damas del servicio fueron unas excelentes personas y ellas hicieron de nuestra experiencia una excelente estancia en el hotel. Si Juan no esta ahí la experiencia sería al 100

Great little hotel in Antigua. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness and service orientation of the staff. The price is very reasonable and even includes a small breakfast. All rooms have air conditioning which could be helpful on these hot Antigua days. We will be back!
