The hotel is minimalistic with the right amenities. Staff is courteous and always willing to help with any question or concerns.
Breakfast is included which is a plus for those relaxing mornings. The hotel is situated within steps of some great restaurants. Excellent location for city walking an d shopping.

Let me start by saying that I paid $125 (including taxes + fees) per night for this room for four nights.

First, I arrived at noon and asked if the room was ready. I was told the room was ready, and that I could leave my things there, but that I couldn't actually check in until the check-in time at 3pm. I found this very odd. I would have understood if the room wasn't ready, but it was.

Next, when I returned to check in after 3:00, the person who checked me in didn't tell me the WiFi information or anything about breakfast. This meant that I had to come back to the front desk to ask about the WiFi.

The next morning when I was looking for the breakfast area, that's when the person explained to me that I needed to order via WhatsApp and have it delivered to my room or to the "terrace" (a small enclosed area with a couple of basic tables and no shade. While I'm sure some people might like this, I really didn't like this system. The one day I did order breakfast, it wasn't very good and the coffee was terrible, so I didn't order it again.

The location is fantastic, and the room is nice and spacious, but the place needs some updating and repainting.

This hotel has the best customer service in Antigua! The front desk manager is very friendly, genuine, warm and helpful! We’ve stayed in a few places in Antigua and other parts of Guatemala, this hotel was the most impressive one. We really appreciate the front desk manager’s customer service, though we only stayed here one night, he helped us multiple times with our different requests, and he always goes above and beyond to try to help us solve our problems. There is no doubt that we will stay in this hotel again when we visit Guatemala next time!

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew my stay was going to be memorable. The location is simply amazing, nestled in a spot that's both accessible and enchanting. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. It's unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, during my trip, I fell ill due to eating some street food. This could have easily turned my travel experience sour, but the hotel staff stepped in and helped me immensely. Their care and support during this time were beyond what I could have expected. They ensured I had everything I needed, from drilling a nail for the IV fluids to going to the pharmacy to find medicine.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place that cares deeply about its guests. The combination of an amazing location, unparalleled service, and genuinely friendly staff makes this hotel truly special. I'm grateful for their incredible hospitality and can't wait to return in the future. This hotel didn't just meet my expectations; it exceeded them in every possible way.
