Service was great! Very close to El Arco and many many other sites. The food was good but a little pricey. The evening nightly entertainment was so fun and was well worth it.

Courteous staff, but front desk will not exchange foreign currency. Steak was good, but if you like medium well, you'll need to order it well done.

I have been there several times. This is my favorite hotel in Antigua Guatemala. Perfect location with a couple of blocks to market, park, museums, restaurants, banks, ruins, in any direction. Excellent food, Comfy and quiet rooms. Friendly and professional staff.

A beautiful place to stay or just to visit. Can spend several hours exploring the grounds. Lounge by the pool. Have a great meal or see set up for weddings.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The room was impeccable and located in the main area near the plaza, churches and the town’s arch. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The staff was amazing too. One down side to the hotel is the lack of AC in the room, you do get a fan if you request one but is very tiny.
