We made a mistake and booked a room with a shared bathroom and there was no availability to change so we stayed 2 of the 4 nights reserved. We couldn’t access the private bathroom the first day due to a dead battery for the lock but in reality the public bathrooms were cleaner than the shared private bathroom. The room was very small and the door was facing east so the sun hit it first thing and became very hot and stayed hot due to no ventilation, we visited in October. It was very noisy with people and techno music playing all day from the restaurant. People were friendly and some of the food was good, as was the beautiful green spaces.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Selina in Antigua! The property itself is very beautiful, inviting, clean and offers great ambiance, amenities and fun activities for guests to enjoy. The staff really made for an enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to Bryan at reception - he is amazing at what he does and very welcoming. He provided an excellent check-in experience and shared the best recommendations when it comes to must-try food spots and entertainment in Antigua. And cheers to the bar/restaurant staff who were also very friendly and provided great hospitality. Overall, I would rate my experience a 10/10 and would absolutely choose to stay at Selina again.

Bryan was amazing!!! He was so helpful and patient-he had the best attitude and also made our group feel welcome & safe! I would come back to Selina’s Antigua multiple times because he was so awesome! Always had a smile and always had an answer & would recommend places for us to go see and eat at! Absolutely love him! He was definitely a day brightener

Great hostel! Friendly staff will help you with everything. I went on a walking tour with Bryan which very informative. It helped me understand the local culture quite a lot. The salsa lessons were also really fun. Highly recommend the hostel.
