I loved our hatha class. We focused on breath work and some standing asanas. The studio was lovely and I enjoyed the insence. Our teacher Alejandra was really great, instructing in English and Spanish.

I've been an avid yogie for years now and had always been looking for the right place to dare myself to start out-of-home yoga. The studio is beautiful and the instructor, Frobeg, emanates calmness and security.
