I took the weaving class, and my husband and I took the cooking class. Both of these experiences will be among our Central America highlights. If you like textiles, take the weaving class - it's fun and meditative. It's a one on one class, which was incredible. If you like to cook and want to learn how to make delicious pepian the traditional way (no blender here!), take the cooking class. I loved it! The museum is also thoughtfully curated with obvious care. Danielo is very knowledgeable about the textiles in each region and we enjoyed his tour. Finally, lots of great things to purchase here in a tranquilo setting!

Our family got picked up in Antigua and taken to the museum. The tour and bracelet making was an experience we’ll never forget! The director and all of her staff are so friendly and made our time out there a lot of fun!! Highly recommend.

A wonderful museum focusing on weaving and the traditional clothing of Guatemala. I took a class on weaving with a backstrap loom. The staff were very knowledgeable and they created a fun learning experience. They also sell textiles. Highly recommend.

Wirklich tolles Museum! Es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen und alles auf sehr gutem Englisch erklärt. Die Stoffe sind sehr beeindruckend - auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
