Quiltro is one of the few fine dining proposals in Antigua Guatemala. Each of the dishes is inspired by Guatemala’s iconic ingredients and flavors. Quiltro means “mix” in a dialect of Chilean origin, in Quiltro there is a mix of techniques, ingredients, learning, flavors, and experiences. They’re famous for their 10-12 course tasting menus.
