Each bowl of ramen is created with the same foundation, a slightly sweet but deep savory broth, defaulted with a generous serving of chashu pork and slurp worthy noodles. The bowls are then garnished with thinly sliced green onions, carrots, and red cabbage to add a vibrant color.
