This place is a little start-up that wants to share what Guatemalan fast food tastes like. They sell burgers, shucos, and mixtas. Shucos are the Guatemalan equivalent of hot-dogs. A mixta is a special kind of fast food dish made with tortillas, sausage, various dressings, and toppings. Try something new.
