As a cafe, as well as a shop, it brings healthy food to conscious consumers. It also acts as a site for hosting events, tours and classes, it serves as an interface between the general population and the rural villages undergoing the regenerative land transition, encouraging the latter and educating the former. As a plant nursery and demo garden, it’s far more than just a cafe, it’s a site for teaching and expanding regenerative land practices throughout the region.
